Preston Park:
We meet at the white barrier on the eastern track of the park. It is just up from the Clock Tower in the north east car park.
Fitness Assessments are on the last Monday of every month at 1915 and are optional.

We meet at the junction of Goldstone Crescent and Woodruff Avenue which is in the middle of the park on the east side.
Fitness Assessments are on the last Thursday of every month at 1900 and are optional.

We meet at the Peace Statue (The Angel), opposite The Embassy Court building and in front of The Meeting Place cafe.
Fitness Assessments are on the last Friday of every month at 0645 and are optional.
