BMF BRIGHTON ~ UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
After 3½ years and more burpees than anyone could possibly count, the time has come for Dave to concentrate his energies into realising his dreams and potentials in traditional dance and mime. He is therefore stepping down as Park Manager for BMF Brighton and passing the managing of Brighton’s most successful BMF venues into the safe hands of Craig and Jason.
Dave would like to say “a massive thank you to all the members who have made this position the third best job I have ever had” (come on…. Royal Marines Commando, Fireman, Park Manager…. You do the maths!) and a mahousive chuck up to all the Instructors who have supported him during his time at the helm of BMF Brighton.
Dave is not leaving BMF Brighton and will continue to instruct classes in a fashion that only some tiny cross-dressing, bootneck staffie bull terrier, burpee-loving type could hope to get away with. See you in the Park soon.
A PB is forever, but.....
You may advertise a personal best (PB) or otherwise claim it as your own with no further explanation for two years after setting it. After two years, however, it becomes uncool to tell people, "my BMF fitness assessment score is 480" without providing a disclaimer, e.g. "my fitness assessment score is 480, but i did that 63 years ago".
With this in mind, the fitness assessment league tables have now been updated and only verified (i.e. in the last two years) scores will count for the Top 20. Check out the tables by clicking HERE
