- BMF Brighton Christmas Party: I know it's only November but you have to book early don't you know. Thursday 11th December at the Star & Sailor from 1900. (121 Western Road, BN1 2AD it used to be called The Temple) We have booked the upstairs so come dressed as you like only BMF'ers will be able to see you.
- BMF Brighton Christmas Session: Saturday 20th December will be the Xmas BMF session with mince pies, mulled wine and a Santa sackful of festive exercises, 0930 in Preston Park
- Lost Property: The van is filling up with an assortment of lost property including some designer jackets, lots of gucci gloves and a small jack russell called Frazer, please reclaim your items before Dave borrows them to satisfy his glove fetish
- Brighton Brooks 10k: Congratulations to all the members who competed in the recent Brighton 10k, lots of PBs smashed and personal goals achieved. Fancy trying a race or just want to improve your running then why not try BMF Brighton Run Club or a Run Special.

- Wednesdays: Remember the last Wednesday class of every month is followed by beers and Wasabi peas in the Park View, the pub right outside Preston Park. If you haven't tried wasabi peas yet you are missing out. The record is 8 in one go without crying/flinching!
