  • Eridge Park 10: Sunday 12th September, Near Tunbridge Wells

Voted Runners World's UK Best Race in 2009.  Come and help Dave celebrate his 40th with the ultimate birthday present...   A hoofin offroad run!
The route is through an historic Deer Park and Ancient Woodland. A privileged and unique chance to run over private land. With stunning views your run will take in a beautiful Lake, Victorian Follies, a Saxon Fort, a Chalybeate Spring and Mysterious Sand Caves. The hilly 10 mile (approx!) one-lap course is on tracks, grass and woodland trails – it will be delightfully muddy in places and some sections are steep, rutted and narrow. Appropriate footwear, ie stilettos are highly recommended.
Outstanding run followed by Champagne Celebration Breakfast

  • Firle 10k & Half Marathon: Sunday 26th September.  Event 6 of the BMF IPC 10k Championships.

Both events will be based within the impressive grounds of the Firle Estate.  Both runs are challenging and include climbs to the top of the South Downs either via Bo Peep (10km) or Alfriston (Half Marathon).
All the runs are set in this spectacular location with stunning view from the top of the downs.

  • BMF Military 10k: Sat 23rd October 2010
Event 7 of the BMF IPC 10k Championships.  Get entered in this hoofin event, remember to enter the 10k in order to score points.
Once again we are returning to Redhill Surrey for our Military 5k and 10k run. With more new obstacles it promises to be more exciting than ever before. The route for both the 5k and 10k run is designed on a private 4x4 driving course and is definitely 'off-road'. You are guaranteed to finish this race wet, muddy, smelly, exhausted and with a big smile on your face! Trees, hills, mud, water, obstacles and excitement are all guaranteed!

  • Sussex Obstacle Dash: Sunday 21st November 2010.
Event 8 in the BMF South IPC 10k championships.  The Sussex Obstacle Dash is no ordinary running race. Individuals or teams can enter and can choose from a tough 5km or 10km distance. The challenge is you must also tackle an obstacle around every 500 metres. The playground for this fun race is the South of England Centre in Ardingly, West Sussex.  BMF Brighton were extremely successful at this event in 2009, so lets get over there and smash it again

  • Saab Salomon Turbo X Trail: A fantastic series of races set on private land including bogs, steep hilly ascents and descents as well as the Turbo X Zone, a race within a race, guaranteed to be dirty.  This is an outstanding race enjoyed by loads of BMF'ers previously.  Once you've tasted Turbo, running will never be the same.
Next event local to Brighton is on 21st Nov at Bordon.

  • Brighton 10k: Sunday 21st November 2010

If the two events above seem too dirty or you are just a "serious" runner then perhaps you will be pounding the streets along Brighton & Hove seafront in this brilliant 10k road running event

  • Hell Down South: Sat & Sun 27th/28th November 2010.   The PUMA HellRunner™ is over multi-terrain and varying underfoot conditions. There will be everything from running tracks and trails to water-filled areas and plenty of steep hills. Expect to get very wet! It will be nature at its toughest. The course will be marked but do not expect to see mile or kilometre markers….that’s for those softy road running types. All you need to know is that the course will be probably more than 10 and less than 12 miles in length. Hey! With what we have in store, who’s counting?
BMF Brighton will be racing on Sunday 28th ~ come and join the team

"Possibly my favourite race last year", join Dave for some dirty running
