Run clubs at Preston Park and Hove Lawns take a well earnt summer break, expect them to return in the Autumn.

The Running Club is for all abilities so distances and drills will be tailored to all participants whether you are a racing snake or a plodder this is for you.

There is only one rule at running club: No tiny running shorts that those skinny runners love to wear! Too much cheek not enough material!

Running Club sessions include:

  • Technique advice & coaching;
  • Longer endurance runs;
  • Sprint drills;
  • Speed, Agility & Quickness drills;
  • Ladder drills;
  • Fartlek/Interval training;
  • Hill reps;
  • Core stability;
  • Plyometric exercises;
  • Balance drills;
  • and much more.

So if you struggle with your running or don't like running in particular then try the running club to help improve your technique and strengthen your muscles in the right areas to improve your overall running ability.
